Welcome to reflexologit.co.il, the personal website of Shulamit Mordecai — reflexologist and complementary medicine practitioner (hereinafter: "the Practitioner" or "Shulamit"). Please read these terms carefully before using the site or booking a treatment. Use of the site and/or booking a session constitute acceptance of everything written in these terms.

For ease of reading, these terms are written using "she/her" pronouns but apply equally to all genders.

Women who are pregnant, who live with chronic conditions, who have undergone surgery or invasive procedures, and anyone taking medications regularly — are kindly asked to inform the Practitioner in advance, and to let their treating physician know of their intention to receive complementary treatment.

About the site and its purpose

The site presents the services offered by Shulamit, provides general information about the treatments, and provides a way to make contact for booking sessions. The content of the site is presented for general information purposes only.

Booking and receiving a session

Sessions are booked through the contact form on the site, by phone, or by direct message. The session will be confirmed by the Practitioner with the date and time set in coordination with you.

A new client may sometimes be asked to fill out a short health questionnaire before the first session, to ensure the treatment is safe and tailored. It's important to be accurate with the details and to share any relevant information with the Practitioner.

Payment

Treatment rates are provided at the time of booking and may change from time to time. Payment is made at the end of the session, in cash or by other payment methods offered by the Practitioner.

Cancellation policy

You may cancel a session at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-show without notice, may be charged in full or in part, at the Practitioner's discretion.

You may notify of cancellation by phone, SMS / WhatsApp message, or by email. In cases of sudden need (illness, family emergency, etc.) — we will be glad to set an alternative date in personal coordination.

Cancellations are handled in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, where applicable.

Late arrivals

If a client arrives late — the session will still end at its originally scheduled time, so as not to inconvenience the next clients. Treatment time may be shortened accordingly, without any reduction in price.

Intellectual property

All content appearing on this site — including text, images, design, logo, video, and information materials — is the exclusive property of Shulamit Mordecai or of the rights holders who have permitted its use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, or make commercial use of the site's content without prior written permission from the Practitioner. Personal, non-commercial reading use is permitted.

Limitation of liability

The Practitioner makes every effort to keep the content on the site accurate, but errors, lack of updates, or inaccuracies may occur. Use of the site and the information on it is at your sole responsibility.

The Practitioner will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage — including physical, emotional, or financial damage — resulting from use of the site, reliance on its content, or any decision made on its basis. Treatment outcomes vary from person to person; no specific outcome is promised.

Privacy

Use of the contact form and the site is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and the relationship between the Practitioner and the users of the site and her services, are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute shall be the competent courts of the Jerusalem District.

Changes to the terms

The Practitioner reserves the right to update these terms from time to time. The valid version is the one published on the site at the time of use.
